How does the 10 Way Necklace™ work?
Your 10 Way Necklace™ comes in four pieces: a 39cm / 15.4in single strand, a 40cm / 15.7in triple strand and two 9.5cm / 3.7in feature connectors, each finished with magnets. Every piece joins every other piece, so you simply slide them together to create 10 different styles, from a classic single strand to a layered triple strand, a lariat, a belt or a bracelet. One necklace, 10 gorgeous looks, and it changes from casual to elegant in seconds. The inside of the box lid shows you the styles to get you started.
Are the magnets strong enough? Will it fall off?
Yes. Our magnets are the perfect strength: strong enough that they won't break away from each other while you're wearing them, yet easy to slide apart when you fancy a new look. The secret is to slide, not pull. Hold the little loop on each magnet and slide the pieces sideways to separate them. As with any bracelet, just take a little care if it could catch, say when you're slipping off a jacket.
Which colour should I choose for my first one?
Start with the colours you already love to wear. For one piece that goes with almost everything, our neutrals are wonderful first choices: Black Crystal, Platinum Crystal, Champagne Crystal and Cream Pearl. If you love a pop of colour, our crystals come in a rainbow of shades that mix beautifully as your collection grows. Crystal, pearl and natural stone batches can vary very slightly in shade, and customers often tell us the colours are even more beautiful in person. Still deciding? Do you ship to the USA, Canada, the UK and New Zealand, and how long does it take?
Yes, we ship all over the world from our home in Sydney, Australia! Orders are packed and sent within 1 to 2 business days. Standard delivery to the USA, Canada, New Zealand, the UK, Western Europe, Singapore and Hong Kong usually takes 14 to 20 working days, or 3 to 8 working days with Express. Within Australia, Standard takes 3 to 10 working days and Express 1 to 3. Every order is sent with fully insured shipping, and delivery times are counted from the day your order is sent, so please allow a little extra time during big sales. Is shipping free?
Yes, on orders of $149 AUD and over! Standard shipping is then free to Australia and to every other country we ship to. Under that amount, you'll see the exact shipping price for your country at checkout before you pay. Express is also available at checkout. See our Shipping Policy.
Will I have to pay customs duties or import taxes?
Every order ships from Sydney, Australia, so your country may charge import duties or taxes. These are set by your country's customs office, not by us, and each country has its own threshold, so it's worth checking your local rules before you order.
For our friends in the USA and some EU countries, import charges are collected at checkout, so there are no surprises at the door. As a guide, jewellery attracts around a 10% US tariff, and some kimonos, scarves and leather accessories up to 50%.
Everywhere else, the courier or postal service will contact you when your parcel arrives to arrange any import fees. With Express, courier service fees may also apply. See our Shipping Policy for more.
What if I change my mind?
Here's how it works. If it's not quite right, you can return it unworn, in its original condition and packaging, within 30 days for a refund or store credit. Return postage is at your cost, and Final Sale and 50% off items can't be returned for change of mind. See our Refund Policy for the details.
Do you sell gift cards?
Yes! A Gift Card lets her choose her own favourites, and it's delivered by email, so it's perfect for last-minute gifts. Gift cards are valid for 36 months and have no extra processing fees.
