To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused / unworn and be in original condition and packaging. Clothing needs to have tags on. Returns must be received within 30 days of purchase. Return shipping is at your own cost.
The following items are not able to be returned for change of mind: -

What happens next?
Once we receive the return, we assess the items to ensure they meet our return criteria. When they do, we will email you your refund or Store Credit details in the form of a discount code. This store credit can be used on future orders by copying the code to the DISCOUNT CODE box during the checkout process. In the event that a credit code, Sparkle dollars and currency were used, credits and sparkle dollars will be refunded first.
Other things you need to know about returning items.
Store credit must be used in one order. Store credit is valid for 24 months. Store credit cannot be used towards shipping. Returns are processed within 14 days.
