Shipping: Orders ship from Sydney within 1–2 business days. Fully insured shipping on all orders, and free shipping on orders over $149 AUD.
Delivery times: Australia 3–10 working days (Express 1–3). USA, Canada, New Zealand, the UK and Europe 14–20 working days (Express 3–8).
International orders: We ship worldwide. Duties and taxes may apply and are the customer’s responsibility. For the USA and some EU countries, import charges are collected at checkout.
Returns: Unworn/unused items in original condition may be returned within 30 days for a refund or store credit. Return shipping is at the customer’s expense. Exclusions apply to earrings and final-sale items.

Can I wear the tassel on its own?
Yes! Each tassel is a 43cm / 16.9in single strand with a 7cm / 2.8in tassel, finished with magnets, so it's a gorgeous necklace on its own. Add it to your 10 Way Necklace™ and you've got even more styles. For a little more length, pop in a connector or mini connectors.
How do I add the tassel to my 10 Way Necklace™?
The tassel strand has magnets at each end, so it joins your 10 Way Necklace™ pieces just like the rest of the range. Layer it with the single strand, hang it from the triple strand or add a pendant. Maria's styling videos are full of ideas.
Will the tassel match my necklace?
Each tassel is made in the same crystal, pearl or stone as its matching 10 Way Necklace™, and it looks lovely mixed with other colours too. Choose the same magnet colour as your necklace so everything matches.
Is a tassel included with the 10 Way Necklace™?
Not with the 10 Way Necklace™ on its own, but a tassel is included in our 10 Way Bundles, along with Mini Connectors (our Paperclip Bundles come with a Shimmer Paperclip Pendant instead).
Can the tassel be taken off the strand?
Our tassels come attached to their strand as one piece. If you'd love to wear the tassel and strand separately, add our Tassel Conversion Service to the same order, and we'll professionally separate the tassel and fit it with magnets. The service must be ordered together with a tassel.
How much is the Tassel Conversion Service?
The Tassel Conversion Service is $25 AUD. We professionally separate your tassel from its strand and fit it with magnets, so you can wear them together or as two separate pieces. Just add it to the same order as your tassel.
