All orders are processed and shipped out within 1-2 business days. Estimated delivery times are from the date your order is shipped out, not from the date of purchase.

IMPORTANT: Due to covid-19, there are unexpected shipping delays that are unfortunately out of our control. 

International orders outside of Australia can take up to 2 - 4 weeks with standard shipping and up to 2 weeks with express shipping.

For domestic orders within Australia, please allow an extra 2 - 4 working days on top of the standard times below  

For International orders: please note that you may receive a Customs and/or VAT charge when your purchase enters the country as per regulations.

We want you to be happy with your Maria Nicola products, so if you are not satisfied, you can return the item/s for a store credit.

If you have received a faulty item – please contact us at and we will guide you through what to do next.

What you need to know to make a return if you have changed your mind:

To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused / unworn and be in original condition and packaging. Clothing needs to have tags on. Returns must be received within 30 days of purchase. Return shipping is at your own cost.

The following items are not able to be returned for change of mind: -

• Earrings

• Sale items (last chance section) / 50% off items

• Beauty products e.g., Lip-gloss

If your items do not meet these criteria, please email for advice. If items are returned that do not meet our criteria or outside of 30 days without our consultation, goods will be returned at customer's expense.

How you return your item/s?

1. Check that your item/s meet our criteria: 

• Unworn and in original packaging / clothing has tags attached

• Eligible for return

3. Send to address on returns form

What happens next?

Once we receive the return, we assess the items to ensure they meet our return criteria. When they do, we will email you a Store Credit in the form of a discount code. This can be used on future orders by copying the code to the DISCOUNT CODE box during the checkout process.

Other things you need to know about returning items.

Store credit must be used in one order. Store credit is valid for 24 months. Store credit cannot be used towards shipping. Returns are processed within 14 days of receiving the return.
