(Video Transcript)

Hi, everyone. I thought I'd show you some videos because it occurred to me we get asked a lot of common questions that seem to get repeated. So I thought, well, just in case you were thinking about different things like comparing colors, we often get frequently asked in the Sisterhood, "What does this look like with that? What does this look like compared to that?" So I just thought I'd cut to the chase and show you.

So over the next few emails, we're going to work through the different kinds of coloring to compare similar colors that are not the same, but they're similar, just in case you're wondering how they compared. So we get asked a lot how the satin silver compares with the real freshwater cream pearl. So obviously close up here is the freshwater cream pearl, and there is the satin silver. Now, although separately, the satin silver really can look like the cream pearl, although when you sit down and have a look at it, these are perfectly round. The satin silver's obviously got a bit of a silver tinge to it. The cream pearl's got a warmer kind of cream effect, really lovely.

Now having like two very different things and of course the variances in each pearl, whether it's the small 4 mil or the 10 mil really shows up when you look at them side by side. Now having said all this, let's look at them also compared to the other white-ish pieces in the range. So let's compare it with the white highlight, which is by the way, on sale. We're going to give this a little bit of a rest. We've had this from the very beginning, natural white highlight stone, which is beautiful. It's got the gray vein running through it, and here it is next to the satin silver. Lovely and simple, go fantastically together.

And then with the cream pearl as well. So there you go again. Obviously, having the gray vein in the white highlight, makes it a lot more noticeably different, and still you get the white contrasting with the cream, which is lovely. Then you've got our brand new white jade, which has turned out so beautiful. This natural stone is just divine. Look at this, this translucent beautiful white jade.

Now, here it is compared to the cream. Very, very pretty together. So let me just, I do this often in the lives that we do in the Sisterhood. So look at that, isn't that pretty? So nice together. So whether you want the jade to pop on dark colors, or take a backseat and just be a background color to a stronger color, it can really do that. Last but not least, the AB crystal. Wow, what a piece this has been. Nice and simple and soft, but still, the AB effect means it's got the Aurora Borealis effect and it's got like a pinky blue, yellow kind of sparkle there, as you can see.

And when I weave them in and out of each other, it is really something special. It can add a bit more of a dressy look to anything that you're doing, the AB crystal, and just adds a bit more sparkle. Very elegant. Actually let's call it that.

Now, I often get asked to put together the AB. Actually I'll just show you this side by side as well, while we're doing the light colors. There's the AB with the satin silver. Both of these, actually all of these, they're neutral. They're pretty much going to go with absolutely everything. So there's the satin silver. And what else did I have? And the cream pearl. I think I did that already. Yes I did.

So now let's put them together, shall we? Here is, say one connector with the triple strand. There's the AB there. Very, very soft and pretty. And whether you choose to put it with the white jade, which is also soft, but it has a bit more of a strong color than the AB crystal. So here, let me just show you something first.

If you put the necklace one color directly on top, if you like to do work with dual coloring, the color on top, the necklace that you put on last is going to take up most of the look because it's sitting on top of the other strands. Now, let me just show you another way. I'm taking this out from underneath, the AB crystal, and putting this on top.

Now, this will be a bit of a good experiment because it's still soft, but it's sitting on top. So slight difference. You will notice more of a difference when you are using two different contrasting colors. But wow, they just look amazing together. So, that is some light color styling. And also just seeing some colors side by side, which we do get often requesting because it can be really, really tricky to compare photos or videos when you don't exactly have them side by side. So I hope that was helpful. And in the next video, we'll be doing some other coloring comparing as well.
