Delivery times: Australia 3–10 working days (Express 1–3). USA, Canada, New Zealand, the UK and Europe 14–20 working days (Express 3–8).
International orders: We ship worldwide. Duties and taxes may apply and are the customer’s responsibility. For the USA and some EU countries, import charges are collected at checkout.
Returns: Unworn/unused items in original condition may be returned within 30 days for a refund or store credit. Return shipping is at the customer’s expense. Exclusions apply to earrings and final-sale items.

What is a hanging pendant?
A hanging pendant has its magnets at the top, so it hangs straight down from your necklace like a classic drop. It clicks onto any necklace in our range and can be worn in short, medium and long styles.
What's the difference between a hanging pendant and a pendant?
Many of our regular crystal pendants have a magnet at each end, so they sit in line with your necklace or replace the connectors. A hanging pendant attaches at the top and drops down, for a softer, swinging look.
Which necklace can I wear a hanging pendant on?
Any necklace in our range: your 10 Way Necklace™, a Medium or Long Strand, a Link Necklace or a Wheat Chain. Pendants are sold as the pendant only, so you'll need one of these to wear it with. Shop necklaces for your pendant.
Will a pendant work with the necklace I already have?
Yes! All our pendants are designed to work with the whole 10 Way Necklace™ range, whichever colourway you own. For the neatest look, choose the same magnet colour as your necklace.
Will my pendant fall off?
Our magnets are strong enough that they won't break away from each other while you're wearing them, yet easy to slide apart when you want a new look. Just remember to slide, not pull, when you move your pendant.
Can I wear more than one hanging pendant?
We don't recommend wearing two hanging pendants together, but a hanging pendant looks beautiful with a regular pendant on either side.
