Hi, everyone. I cannot believe it's the end of 2021. Everyone has just been through so much. There has been many highs, many lows, as you can imagine, and we are just so grateful to have had you all on this year's journey with us. Another year together. It's just been incredible. We have seen many different colored crystals come on board, many new ranges. We have seen new staff, [inaudible 00:00:30] making more of an impact into our world with more lives and more videos we have seen. Separate teams separated and all of us coming back together again, which has just been such a joy. We are so grateful to all your support, all your love.
We really do feel the connection between us and all of you, and we do totally own that it is something special. It is really quite amazing and it is just wonderful to have that kind of connection with... I don't even want to say the word customers. Customers is like a dirty word. It is more like you are just our friends and our family. Like you're really... It really, really is beautiful.
So, Kristen had been editing some video footage for you and it's our traditional Christmas song. I think the best thing about it is the bloopers. So this year we had to put in subtitles because at times we are really hard to understand, and you will love Mum's ad-libbing. She did not want to rehearse anything. And please notice at one point... She comes to a point almost at the very end of the song where she realizes that Gina and I are actually reading the words posted, sticky taped to the tripod, and she finally just figures it out and it is priceless. So when Gina and I start cracking up laughing, that is what is going on.
